A stable soil is fundamental in the design and construction of any structure as it ensures a long term durability. soil stabilisation takes poor quality soil and turns it into a valuable engineering material, improving the load bearing capabilities. Moreover, stabilisation of the soil by injection can reroute water flow, limit dewatering systems and water ingress when constructing big underground infrastructures.
TRADECC excels with polymer and silicate injection resins for soil stabilisation. They are characterised by very low viscosity. That’s why they allow a deeper penetration into the soil and finest cracks, which increases the stability of the soil structure.

Silicate based injection resins
Our soil stabilisation injection resins:
POLYURETHANE INJECTION RESINS
The polyurethane injection resins for soil stabilisation react in contact with water. The cured resin strengthens the soil and/or reroutes water. Each injection resin has its own strengths and applications.
SILICATE INJECTION RESINS
Our PC Silica injection range is ideal for consolidating loose rocks and filling cracks and voids, especially in mining and tunnelling. We have resins that cure into a foam or a solid mass, depending on the circumstances of the project.
ACRYLIC INJECTION RESINS
Ou acrylic injection resins are high quality acrylic based gels with adjustable reaction times and good elastic properties are also ideal to stabilise soil. This range of injection resins is also very suitable for situations with fluctuating ground water levels.
